Annual General Meeting Orrell RUFC
18th June, 7:00pm, St Luke’s Church Hall, Orrell

The Annual General Meeting of Orrell RUFC (the rugby section of the Orrell & Winstanley Community Sports Club), will take place on 18th June 7.00pm at St Luke’s Church Hall, Orrell.

A review of the previous year will be discussed & presentation of Officer’s Reports and Election of Officers.

The Club and the Executive Committee welcomes nominations & applications for roles on the committee for existing members or new members to the Club and we’d especially appreciate any help or assistance on several roles such as Sponsorship, Health and Safety or just a general committee member. The AGM is also the opportunity for additions or alterations to the Rules and/or any other motion to be submitted. Any proposal will need to be submitted in writing to the Communications Manager/ Club Secretary via email to enquiries@orrellrugbyunion.com) or by post to 46 Dingle Road, Upholland, Skelmersdale, Lancashire. WN8 OEW - no later than 11th June (7 days prior to the AGM date).

Please note that only members whose annual membership is up to date can vote at the AGM.
