It’s was with great sadness that the Club announced the passing of Jim Johnston

Jim will be laid to rest on 13th September at 11.00am at St Teresa’s Church; followed by a celebration of Jim's life at The Fox, Roby Mill

. Jim was a club stalwart playing for Orrell RUFC from the age of 18 in the 1950s. Previous to playing for Orrell RUFC Jim was also a keen footballer and played for Shamrock Rovers (an Amateur Rugby League Team).

Condolences to his wife Jean and children Helen, Margaret and Michael from everyone at Orrell RUFC.
