John Presoe scores a Hat Trick in the first game of the season. Max Huxley scores 2 tries and Sean Long 1 try.

This was Orrells first game of the new season, and it was the first game with Peter Carletti as 1st team coach, after Tony Pegg retired as Coach at the end of last season. Peter was assisted by Andy Carroll. It was also the debut game in the first team for Phil Rowley, Craig Thomas, Sean Long, Jack Dowling and Jack Dutson.

Orrell's first League game of the season is on Saturday 2nd September at home at St. John Rigby College against Wigan. Kick Off 2.30pm.
