With more space for our growing supporters and a top-class playing surface (not to mention new posts organised by our very own Chair, Dave Robinson) it’s the perfect setting to showcase the exciting rugby Orrell is known for.

Plus, preserving our home pitches ensures they're ready for use by our mini, junior, and open-age squads all season long. St John Rigby has been our home for many years and will remain an integral part of our journey, providing much needed facilities for all our teams.

We’re also thrilled to announce a new post-match venue for games that we host at Winstanley College! Going forward, post-match celebrations will take place at Orrell Red Triangle Cricket Club. With enhanced facilities, a great bar, and fantastic parking, it’s the perfect space for our players, supporters, and sponsors to come together. This larger venue also opens the door to more events, including screenings of rugby internationals and social functions throughout the season—building the welcoming, family-friendly environment we strive for.

Training will continue midweek at St John Rigby, with plans underway to add an additional evening session.
