Guided by a talented coaching team, the U15s are growing with every match, proving that hard work and spirit can overcome any challenge.

Meet the Coaches
Jason Lloyd – A mentor with a focus on skill development and teamwork.
Neil Smith – Bringing experience and enthusiasm to every session, inspiring the lads to play smart and play fair.
Neil Dutton – A leader who fosters both confidence and camaraderie on and off the field.
Together, this coaching trio creates an environment where players thrive, ensuring the boys enjoy the game while becoming the best versions of themselves.

This squad is more than just a group of players – they are a band of brothers. Recently, they embodied the Orrell spirit by competing in a Lancashire Cup fixture with only 10 players – and still managed to pull off a stunning victory. That kind of determination shows exactly what this team is made of: heart, resilience, and the will to win.

Why We Play
At Orrell RUFC, our U15s learn the fundamentals of rugby, but just as importantly, they develop lifelong friendships and a sense of belonging. Rugby for these lads is about more than the final whistle – it’s about respect, teamwork, and playing for one another.
