OPEN AGE RUGBY
New Players Welcome at All Levels & Age Groups
We are actively recruiting new players and are keen to grow our squad with players from all levels and age groups. Anyone interested in joining any of our teams, just come down to training on a Wednesday evening (or Saturday afternoon for a home game day); meet the coaches and players - have a chat and see what a great friendly welcoming Club we are.
We welcome players of all ages and ability - even if you've never put on a pair of rugby boots before!
The Open Age Squad train on a weekly basis and play their home games on the same day at the Dr1ve Medicals Arena at St John Rigby College (where possible).
Senior training is Wednesday evening at 7.00pm at the same venue. Training comes in various formats, TickNPass, general fitness and conditioning and strengthening training. All designed to suit the ability and fitness levels of all who come to our training sessions.
